ok, so im new to this particular forum, it seems people actually know what they are talking about here, but I do a lot of spirited mountain driving and road racing track days and there is only one complaint i have with my mustang, and that ford makes it nearly impossible to heal-toe shift correctly unless your gumby... I took a look and there seems to be some play with the gas pedal to move it forward about an inch to be more close to even with the break pedal, has anyone ever attempted to do this or am I the only one bothered by it?

If you're talking about raising the pedal up to match the brake pedal try this link out.

Wow that's such an easy fix I figured someone has done it before considering it's lameness, where are these drives I'm hearing about because I know some sweet roads in the bay area you guys might be interested in too

We've gone on all different areas and roads.....see the post for the day cruise if you can make it tomorrow and come see me, Steve or Jason or Efren. My car is in the pic, but the car won't be there tomorrow and Jason is a orange Mach or Efren is a silver 04 cobra vert......we would love to get some new route input.....

you can cut and weld. i did a little high heat bending to mine. i also have modified my heel toe technique. i use my heel on the brake and toe on the thotle it works great with the pedals..
