A couple of my friends have beaten radar based tickets by using the methods found in the links below! I just got one today so I'll have a chance to see if they work. Wish me luck!

Since I just got a ticket during the cruise I am going to try my hand at this. My last ticket I hired an attorney because I did not have the time to do this BUT I have the time to fight this one. I also understand the process more than before.

I have been doing alot of reading and research about how to beat this ticket and think I have a very good chance of beating it. I have learned beating a ticket is about statement of law and facts. how easily a ticket is beaten also depends on what you were charged for. I was charged for violating VC 22350.

VC 22350. No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property.

The officer and judge will have to prove I was driving at a speed which was not safe for the conditions of the road at that time.

I'll let you guys know what happens. Wish me luck:thumbsup:

I think they will be able to take one look at you and determine that it would be unsafe for you to be driving a car at all. :lol3:

they will just have to look at his record adn they will do what is good for public saftey.
