Yes Eric was an addition the last 2 weeks. As you know our shop is slammed with work and George is only working on Sat & Sun to tune Fords. Since George is such a good wrench I needed him to do more wrenching since Eric does a great job and is available 7 days a week. Kris will be tuning in the future also but not yet....

Yes Eric is REAL good and has helped us tune 3 vehicles last week including Allen's (04lksvt) 04 Cobra :D Eric has the same philophy to tuning as we do... safe tune levels and great drivability. Some tuners out there focus on getting the best numbers possible while sacrificing drivability and longevity.

BTW, George is pretty good too ;)

Am about ready to bite the bullit as my warrenty is about up,questions tho.
What do you consider a drop dead safe tune for my car?
Am at 390 RWHP now, thats pushing 450 crank, have had several tuners tell me thats right on the edge of what the 4.6 3 valves can tolorate.
My A/f is fatter than hell at 10, thats what Roush do's so they have told me.
Also want to get rid of the 2 piece plugs, are bothersome.
want Brisk 3vr14s plugs, can you get them?
What to do?
Thx Bill

Bill,

The 3Vs are a pretty amazing engine for being in a $22K brand new car and can support about 440-450RWHP (About 500HP) reliably. BUT with that being said at that level you really should upgrade the fuel system to the GT500 Fuel Pump. The stock fuel pumps are pretty much maxed out about 420RWHP.

The key to making sure your 3V will survive is a safe tune, good fuel system, and keeping your temperatures down to eliminate detonation. The biggest problem with the Roush blowers is they get heat soaked real fast if they are spun up too much. One solution is to add the "Killer Chiller" which would drop your coolant temps 20-50 degrees.

I have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for as far as HP. I still remember you saying "400HP is more than I can handle" :)

AND yes we carry Brisk spark plugs... I have some coming in from Steeda :)

I'm glad your happy with your car :) 450RWHP is nothing to laugh about :D
